Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy Bookings for our luxury car services can be made online at cejportugal.com or via direct communication with our customer support team. All reservations are subject to availability and require the full name of guests, contact information, and specific itinerary details. Payment Policy Full payment (100% of the total amount) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other online payment methods listed on our website. All payments must be made in Euros (EUR), and a confirmation receipt will be sent via email once the transaction is processed successfully. No balance payments are allowed after the initial payment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable. In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by CEJ Portugal, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their service. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Modification Policy Any changes to bookings, such as itinerary adjustments or rescheduling, must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Modifications are subject to vehicle and driver availability, and additional charges may apply for significant changes. Service and Liability Policy Our fleet of luxury vehicles is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. Professional, English-speaking chauffeurs with extensive local knowledge will accompany guests. While we aim to adhere strictly to schedules, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. CEJ Portugal is not liable for cancellations or delays due to external factors like natural disasters or government restrictions. Additional Information Gratuities for drivers are not included in the booking price and remain at the guest's discretion.
